The modules

You choose the first module in the form.

  • Inventory

    Track your items and quantities.

  • Order tracking

    Follow each order from intake to delivery.

  • Purchasing

    Manage your purchases and suppliers.

  • Scheduling

    Organize tasks and teams over time.

  • Equipment

    Track your equipment and who it is assigned to.

  • Other

    A module outside this list, at the same price, which you describe in the form. Your request is then reviewed like a request beyond the packages: if Maxime declines it, your deposit is refunded.

You order each further module by writing to Maxime. Each one is delivered as a single version, added to your ERP, at the tier price.

Tiers and prices

Fixed prices, published before you ask for anything. The 15% deposit, €149 minimum, is deducted from the final price.

Prices in euros, excluding VAT. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).

E-invoicing is not included.

The offer is for businesses established in metropolitan France, Corsica included, and for businesses established in another European Union country that have a valid EU VAT number.

Included in every tier

  • 30 days of fixes

    After your purchase, bugs are fixed and small adjustments are made for 30 days. A new feature gets a fixed-price quote.

  • The code

    The code written for the version you keep is assigned to you exclusively once paid in full, and delivered in a private Git repository. The shared building blocks reused from one project to the next are licensed to you on a non-exclusive, perpetual basis, as set out in the terms of sale.

  • Going live

    Your software is put online, and hosting is free for the 30 days of fixes. Software that processes health data is put online with your HDS-certified host instead.

  • Documentation

    To use your software and to take over its code.

Not included

These needs are not covered by the published prices:

  • Native phone apps (App Store, Google Play)
  • E-invoicing
  • Large data migrations
  • Connections to existing systems (ERP, accounting software, tools already in place)

Does your project depend on one of these? Say so in the form. You can still pay the deposit: your request is reviewed by Maxime within 1 business day, and if it is declined, your deposit is refunded.

Maintenance

€99 excl. VAT per month

Hosting included. At the end of the 30 days of fixes, you choose between staying hosted by versionpick with this maintenance plan, or leaving with the code and the database. Maintenance is a monthly plan with no commitment, cancellable with 30 days’ notice; it is not part of the deposit or the balance. Software that processes health data is not hosted by versionpick: it stays with your HDS-certified host.

How it goes

  1. You describe what you need and pay a 15% deposit, €149 minimum, deducted from the final price.
  2. Within 5 business days of your request being accepted, you try two working versions. This lead time is indicative.
  3. You have 14 days to keep one of them, or to tell us neither works for you: your deposit is then refunded.
